Automatic rubber injection solid tire production line

01. One iniection machine is equipped with eight vulcanization units, which can realize simultaneous vulcanization of multiple machines. Eight sets of vulcanization units share a set of mold openings, take product stations, and realize automatic conversion between stations with conveyor trolleys.
02. The entire production line realizes automatic feeding, metering, injection, conversion of eight sets of molds, and complete automation of mold opening and product taking.
